They broke a glass table while they were cleaning & told me they would replace it within a few days. Usually I would request the cleaners to come back but they don't speak English so it was impossible to communicate concerns with them and the guy 'John' running the show is a jerk. They were supposed to do a window cleaning which advertises outdoor and in but barely even did the indoor side of mine. The cleaners finally showed up but did a pretty crappy job. I was then stood up with no phone call and the guy told me the cleaners didn't have service in an email it then took 2 weeks to reschedule for a month out. They have horrible customer service and it took me 8 months to get an appointment. They should not be allowed to use groupon. I find this completely unprofessional and unsure how to proceed Trista 10 years ago I'm extremely unhappy with this business (my sister had the same issue when she used her groupon - they were over 2 hours late and didn't call her until she called to complain and find out where they were).

The groupon has since expired and now i'm wondering if i am out the money all together. I have had to call and hunt them down, and still my house is not clean. I have scheduled this cleaning twice, and twice they have not showed up, nor have they called to say so.
